This is a beautiful pair of vibrant and happy looking, vintage hand made daffodil flower plants, potted in tiny pots of faux soil. These plants are one-of-a-kind creations, made by a talented unknown miniature artisan. Each petal and leaf having been formed by hand. The pots are gilt and lovely. Perfect decor for adding a pop of color and like to your miniature room or diorama.
This wonderful little miniature was from a collection, 40 years in the making.  Every collection has a story and this one is well, just wonderfully special. I was surprised to see such a tiny home with so many minis, the story behind the person, is that she lived a grand life in a large home, she traveled the world in search for artisan miniatures and boy did she find them.  This collection is so vast, it features miniatures from artisans around the world, most pre internet as she preferred to go to shows or meet the artisans directly but
what was so ‘wonderfully’ special to me, was in the last years of her life, she sold her estate, moved to a small home and surrounded herself with all of the things that made her happy…her miniatures and  I know she would want each piece to find a wonderful new collection to reside within.  Any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
