that New Pooters can have a rough appearance as they are individually made in the USA through injecting molding and are hand finished, packaged, and boxed for shipping. The injection molding process can leave small marks in the rubber which in no way affect the performance, quality, or life of the Pooter. THIS IS NORMAL.
