Large size, heavy and thick-walled Manipuri. A perfectly balanced combination of enigmatic tones puts the listener into a calm and very steady state of mind almost immediately. An excellent instrument for any kind of practice. Would be more appreciated by experienced practitioners. Plays fundamental or overtone smooth and easy by rubbing the bowl either with the suede padded or wooden end of the playing stick.
