but slightly sharp sound.
It is recommended to use
this bowl as a starter and/or between different
phases
in private sound healing sessions.
This bowl is also
good for personal and group meditation practice.
Rubbing the rim with the wooden end of
the
playing stick produces a very stable tone, but this bowl is not a very easy player.
In contrast,
it requires an experienced hand and dedication.
