Extra-large Manipuri. It would be a very good practice to start your day with conscious listening for this bowl singing. Strike of this bowl at the end of self or group meditation or a sound healing session is a perfect aid to get the listener back to the present moment. Excellent instrument for both beginner and advanced practitioner. Plays equally easy high and low pitch depending on your technique of rubbing the bowl either with the suede padded or wooden end of the playing stick.
